459 - قيمَةُ أخذِ الحَديثِ‏

459. The Value of Learning a Tradition

1410.الإمامُ الباقرُ عليه السلام : إنَّ حَديثَنا يُحْيي القُلوبَ .¹

1410.Imam al-Baqir (AS) said, 'Truly our tradition enlivens the hearts.' ²

1411.الإمامُ الباقرُ عليه السلام : لَحَديثٌ واحِدٌ تأخُذُهُ عن صادِقٍ‏خَيرٌ لَكَ من الدُّنيا وما فِيها .³

1411.Imam al-Baqir (AS) said, 'Indeed one true tradition that you receive from a truthful person is better for you than the whole world and all that it contains.' ⁴

458 - أوكَدُ الحُجَجِ وأبلَغُها

458. The Surest and Most Conclusive Argument

(رُسُلاً مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنْذِرِينَ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى‏ اللَّهِ حُجَّةٌ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزاً حَكِيماً) .¹

"Apostles, as bearers of good news and warners, so that mankind may not have any argument against Allah, after the [sending of the] apostles; and Allah is all-mighty, all-wise." ²

1408.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : يا أيُّها النّاسُ إنَّهُ لَم يَكُنْ للَّهِ‏سُبحانَهُ حُجّةٌ في أرضهِ أوْكَدُ مِن نَبيِّنا محمّدٍ صلى اللَّه عليه وآله ، ولا حِكْمَةٌ أبْلَغُ مِن كِتابِهِ القُرآنِ العَظيمِ .³

1408.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'O people! Allah, glory be to Him, has no surer argument on His earth than our Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), and there is no wisdom more conclusive than His Book, the Grand Quran.' ⁴

1409.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : إنّه لَم يَكُنْ للَّهِ تباركَ وتعالى‏ في‏أرْضِهِ حُجَّةٌ ولا حِكْمَةٌ أبْلَغُ مِن كِتابِهِ .⁵

1409.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Allah, Blessed and most High, has no more conclusive an argument or wisdom on His earth than His Book.' ⁶
