1592. WHAT IS NOT REGARDED AS THE VIRTUES
5497.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : الكِذبُ والخِيانَةُ لَيسا مِن أخلاقِ الكِرامِ .1
5497.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'lying and betrayal are not among the characteristics of the gernerous people.' 2
5498.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : ليسَ مِن شِيَمِ الكِرامِ تَعجيلُ الانتِقامِ .3
5498.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'It is not among the characteristics of generous people to hasten in taking revenge.' 4
5499.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : مَن لم يُجازِ الإساءَةَ بالإحسانِ فليسَ مِن الكِرامِ .5
5499.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'He who does not repay bad with good is not of the noble.' 6
5500.الإمامُ الحسنُ عليه السلام : مَن عَدَّدَ نِعَمَهُ مَحَقَ كَرَمَهُ .7
5500. Imam Hasan (AS) said, 'He who counts his favours [to others] destroys his own generosity.' 8
