1412 - الاِغتِرارُ بِالدُّنيا

1412. BEING DELUDED BY THIS WORLD

4760.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : اِتَّقُوا غُرورَ الدنيا ؛ فإنّها تَستَرجِعُ أبداً ما خَدَعَت بهِ مِن المَحاسِنِ ، وتُزعِجُ المُطمَئنَّ إلَيها والقاطِنَ .¹

4760.Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Be wary of this world’s delusion, for verily it always reclaims the charms and attractions with which it deceives people, and it troubles the one who adopts it as a place of tranquillity and a permanent dwelling.’²

4761.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : سُكونُ النفسِ إلَى الدنيا مِن أعظَمِ الغُرورِ .³

4761.Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The soul’s trust in this world is one of the greatest delusions.’⁴
