Some 600 papers have been submitted to the conference secretariat buy Iranian researchers and the rest are by scholars from 15 countries, IRNA reported.
Syria, Pakistan, Britain, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Sweden, Afghanistan and Lebanon are among the participating countries.
The conference is scheduled to be held concurrent with the 31st edition of Iran s International Holy Quran Competition.
Organized by the Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization, the competition will be launched in Tehran on May 26.
Representatives from more than 60 countries will compete in the three categories of the competition, namely Quran memorization, recitation and interpretation.
