In this issue, the author presents the second part of his paper titled Criticism of Text. The first Part was published in Ulum-i Hadith issue no26.. In the previous part he viewed this technical term from different perspectives as well as a historical account of it by utilizing the scholars views in the world of Islam. In the present part he verifies the reliability and authenticity of criticism and comes up with the regulations and rules of criticism. To verify a text, the author believes, twelve rules must be observed. Compatibility of Hadith with the Quran is the first of these rules which is the main subject discussed in this part.
