The last book of George Jordac to be unveiled in Tehran

IBNA- The last book by the noted Christian Lebanese thinker and author George Jordac who profoundly loved the character and ideas of Imam Ali (AS) titled ‘The Magnificence of Nahj al-Balagha’ will be unveiled in Tehran.

 

According to IBNA correspondent quoting from the public relations office of Shohaday-e Haft-e Tir complex, ‘The Magnificence of Nahj al-Balagha’ is scheduled to be unveiled tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. with Ayatollah Seyyed Abdollah Fatemi and a number of Lebanese writers in attendance.

Jordac who has also the admired book ‘Ali, the Voice of Human Justice’ in his career, passed away on November 8, 2014 at the age of 83. The scholar spent four decades of his life on study about Imam Ali (AS), a man who himself called one of the greatest figures in the history of humankind.

The result of his thoughts and contemplations about the Imam is several valuable books such as ‘Ali, the Voice of Human Justice’, ‘Ali and Human Rights ’, ‘Ali and French Revolution’, ‘Ali and Socrates’, and ‘Ali and Arabian Nationalism’.
