439. Jailing the Warrantor until the Return of the Warranted
1360.الإمامُ الصّادقُ عليه السلام : اُتيَ أميرُ المؤمنينَ عليه السلام برجُلٍ قد تَكفَّلَ بنَفْسِ رجُلٍ، فحَبسَهُ وقالَ: اطلُبْ صاحِبَكَ .1
1360.Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'A man was brought to the Commander of the Faithful (AS), who had bailed the life of another man. He imprisoned him, saying, 'Ask for your companion now.' 2
