The Defense of Ashura's Ziyyara

Nowadays some scientific circles are involved in discussion about the documentation of Ashura's Ziyyara and authenticity of existing curses in it. Some time ago a book was published on this issue and its auther believed that there was no trace of existing curses in original copies and has been added to it later. The author of the present paper, regardless of these cases tries to investigate the documents of the ziyyara and evaluate its narrators.

Semantics of Rasekhun fi al-Ilm with Emphasis on Hadith Application

While investigating the literal meaning and the Quranic and hadith application of the concept of Rasikhun fi al-Ilm, the author of the present paper underscores two aspects of this concept: positive aspect and negative one.
Based on positive aspect, this concept means being knowledgeable and enlightened which plays a great role in understanding the holy verses of the Quran. On the other hand based on negative aspect it means avoid being doubtful and undecided. This approach is a great help with interpreting the seventh verse of chapter three of the holy Quran. Many hadiths utilized to interpret this verse, also substantiate interpretations which are based on syntax and semantics.
