يُستدَلُّ على إدبارِ الدُّوَلِ بأربَعٍ : تَضييعِ الاُصولِ ، والتمسُّكِ بالفروعِ ، وتَقديمِ الأراذلِ ، وتأخيرِ الأفاضِلِ . ح: 10965
