Exquisite Quran Copies from Iran on Display in Serbia

The pavilion of Iran al-Huda Publications in the 61st International Belgrade Book Fair has put on display a number of the country’s exquisite copies of the Quran.

The book fair was inaugurated in the Serbian capital on Sunday and will run until October 29.

Head of Iran’s Islamic Culture and Relations Organization was present at the opening ceremony.

In addition to beautiful Quran copies like one named Reyhan (calligraphed and illuminated by Bahram Saleki) and a scented copy printed by the Melli Bank of Iran, a number of Quran translations have been presented at the pavilion.

They include an English translation by late Iranian writer, translator and researcher Tahereh Saffarzadeh and another by Iranian scholar Fazlollah Nikayin.
