What did Imam Sajjad (AS) say about his enemies?

In this Dua, Imam Sajjad (AS) complained to Allah (SWT) from abundance of his enemies, and their plans to harm and to kill Imam (AS).

 

In Dua 49 of Al-Sahifah Al-Sajjadiyyah, Imam Sajjad (AS) said: “How often, the enemy took his sword of enmity out of its sheath for me, and sharpened the edge of his sword for me, and made ready his spearhead with the intention of taking my life, and poured his poisons in water for me (to drink), and targeted me with his arrows ready and placed in bow, and his watching eyes on me did not sleep, and mentioned in his heart (declared his intention) to harm me, and made me taste his bitterness.” In this Dua, Imam Sajjad (AS) complained to Allah (SWT) from abundance of his enemies, and their plans to harm and to kill Imam (AS).
