TEHRAN (IQNA) - A book titled “al-Tib wa al-Sihha al-‘Ammah fi Nahj al-Balagha” (medicine and public health in Nahj al-Balagha) was published in Kufa, Iraq.
Medical Issues in Nahjul Balagha Published in Iraq
According to Noon website, Yahya Kazim al-Sultani, lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Kufa University has written the book in Arabic.
The 320-page book includes 22 chapters investigating medical issues in Nahj al-Balagha which is a collection of Imam Ali’s (AS) sermons, letters and short sayings.
Kazim Imran Musa, director of public relations office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Researches in Iraq said that the author has investigated the deep relation between medical sciences and teachings of the infallible Imam (AS).
He added that the book is a valuable research sine it is the first time that the medical aspect of Nahj al-Balagha of Imam Ali (AS) has been studied.
