The first edition of the international conference on “Allameh Tabatabais Thoughts in Al-Mizan Commentary” will be held on November 13 with a message by Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and a speech by Grand Ayatollah Sobhani.

Hujjatulislam Hassan Shokrollahi, executive secretary of the conference told IQNA that Imam Khomeini (RA) Education and Research Institute will host the international event.
A recorded video message by Grand Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli will be played at the opening ceremony of the conference which will be followed by a speech by Ayatollah Mohammad Taghi Mesbah Yazdi.
Papers in Persian, English and Arabic languages will be presented at the first day of the program and two specialized sessions have been planned for the evening of the day.
The second day of the conference will be addressed by Ayatollah Asafi from Iraq and Hujjatulislam Wa’edhi, head of the Islamic Dissemination Center.
A speech by Hujjatulislam Arafi, president of Al-Mustafa International University will be among the evening programs of the second day.
The conference will conclude on November 14 and the closing ceremony will be addressed by Grand Ayatollah Sobhani, Ayatollah Ostadi and scientific secretary of the program.
Allameh Tabatabai Dar al-Quran Center will host the closing ceremony of the international conference.
From among the 580 papers sent for the event, 550 ones are in Persian and 30 others are in Arabic and English. 45 papers which are scientific-research works will be published in specialized magazines and some of them will be presented at the program.
An exhibition of written and digital works about the character and works of Allameh Tabatabai including posters, thesis, films and photos will be organized on the sidelines of the conference.
