The 30th Juz (part) of the Holy Quran along with a poetic translation was published with the cooperation of Iranian Cultural Center in Tajikistan.

According to IQNA’s branch in Central Asia, the translation by Omid Majd, eminent Iranian poet, has been published in Arabic, Persian and Sirilik scripts.

It has got the official permission of the Tajikistan’s Committee of Religious Affairs and was published in the form of a book titled “Quran Nameh”.

Omid Majd has also provided poetic translations of Nahj-ul-Balaqa, Sahifa Sajjadiyyah and the entire Quran.

The works were the first poetic translations of the Sacred Scripture approved by the Supreme Leader and Quran translators. A hundred thousand copies of the translations have been published so far for over 50 times.

The second volume of the poetic translation of the Quran by Omid Majd was completed in 2009-2010 and published in cooperation with Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Tehran Municipality.

The poetic translation of the holy Quran has been written based on tens of thousands pages of the most reliable translations of the Quran by Shia and Sunni scholars.
