According to IQNA’s branch in South East Asia, the contest has been organized with the aim of commemorating the the auspicious occasion, which marks Father’s Day in Iran, and highlight the great status of the first infallible Imam (AS).
Those willing to attend the competition can e-mail their literary pieces or essays to ICRO.KL90@GMAIL.COM by May 11.
Winners of the contest will be awarded in a ceremony to be held by the Iranian Cultural Center on May 12.
Many countries celebrate Father’s Day on different days. Iranian people hold celebrations for honoring fathers on the 13th of Rajab, on the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (AS).
